It was a gift that I received 2 years ago so I don't have the receipt and have no idea where it was purchased. I looked on their website but I couldn't find anything on repairs that they do.

My coworker told me to take it to a shoe purchase to see if they can add a buckle on, but it just wont be the same (it's supposed to have 2 buckles...one on each side of the back).
