Moore may have opened eyes with a 57-yard touchdown catch last season vs. Oakland, but it's Wallace who has more upside. We hear it's not just his special-teams contributions that put Wallace ahead of Moore on the depth chart (Wallace had eight special-teams tackles last season). "He's a very talented receiver," one source said about Wallace, who gets reps behind Brandon Marshall in practice. Moore was inactive for the team's season opener, and his roster spot was in question throughout training camp, with observers wondering if Miami would carry six receivers. We hear Moore is a good route runner but can't get on the field via special teams like Wallace, and Wallace has a clear size advantage at 6-4, 225 pounds, in a league where big receivers are a luxury. With Gates taking over as the team's No. 4 receiver, neither Wallace nor Moore will get many offensive snaps. Yet, they are worth watching as the season goes on in terms of their development, as we know the team feels strongly about both by keeping them on the roster.
